In Emergency
It is always distressing to see your animal suffering or injured and important to be able to seek advice and reassurance quickly and efficiently. Keep the number of our surgery close to hand so that you can ring up and get the necessary advice, and be able to arrange to bring your animal in to see us if necessary.
Out of office hours we provide our clients with an emergency service through a rota shared with the Ark Veterinary Practice. This means that you will have to take your pet to the duty practice, either Arden Forest Vets or the Ark, but you can be sure to receive the same level of care from both practices.
You will get information from all of our surgery numbers on where to obtain veterinary attention at all times.
IN EMERGENCY ring the surgery, listen to the message. Do not rely on using a number you have used previously since the number of the duty veterinary surgeon will change.
